Has a 15% chance to replace regular beggars.

Costs 1¢ to play.

For every donation received, has a chance to drop a random pill, or an item from the Pill Beggar item pool. The first donation will require 5-6 pennies, then every donation after will only require 5.

After spawning an item, the beggar will disappear and can no longer be donated to.

The beggar is immune to explosions.
